This book was very helpful. I was thrown into the deep end where I was expected to teach English to a group of six Spanish adults. i was expecting them to be all beginners, but of course they weren't. So, this book really helped to refresh my memory on all the basic grammar a ESL teacher should know.

This is my second year teaching English language acquisition. I work with middle and high school students from various backgrounds (German, Japanese, Turkish, Italian, etc.). This book is well-organized and includes just enough explanation to help me explain some oddities of English. I find the chapters on tenses especially helpful.

Great eBook! As a homeschooling mom, I can never have enough books around for the kids to read. This was a great addition to our collection!

This is concise and extremely useful. A real asset for anyone teaching English language classes or undertaking a CELTA / TESOL / TEFL course.

Terrible. A book about teaching English with a bunch of mistakes. Are you serious? Example: "She used to drink gin everday." Hmm. Are you sure that shouldn't be "every day"? In illustrating the apostrophe "s" for possession, we get the lovely example: "'The cat," becomes 'the cats." Where'd that apostrophe go? Then we have lovely sentences like this: "As long as your students have a firm grasp of the present perfect and future simple tenses then it should present no problems as long as they are at the correct language level." Did they even proofread this junk? Another sad example of the lack of quality of so many Kindle and print books these days.

Perfect little book! I’m very impressed about how much info can fit in a little book lol. It summarizes all of the important topics in basic grammar in a very simple and clear way! Impossible not to understand all its concepts, I loved it.

this is a good text since it is so accurate you have to get this especially for homework i use it for teaching and my student buy me apples all the time
