Be careful of this model...
Although the headset has a decent sound quality and a lot of bells and whistles, be aware that there are many people who have issues with the USB receiver / transmitter (including me). The USB might randomly fail in 1-2 years after being bought. I had to buy a new USB from a different website because Razer does not hold the part anymore.

It's big but it's not heavy and the audio quality is very good

I decided to do post a review for these headphones as I decided to upgrade, and couldn't find anything substantially superior to this, surprisingly. I tried out the Sony XM5, which have amazing ANC, sound amazing on mobile but terrible on PC, and both my ears and top of my head start to hurt after 2 hours of use, and even if I take a break for a while it quickly gets uncomfortable again. So then I decided to give the Razer Barracuda Pro a go, and they sound maybe a bit better than the Nari, have very seamless transition from the dongle to Bluetooth, but the ANC is terrible, I can hear white noise, and there isn't a huge difference compare to ANC off. They are a bit more comfortable than the Sony's XM5, but still hurt after a few hours on the same spots. So the Nari if by far the most comfortable of the 3 (I can wear them all day with no issues), sound quality is good (I am not particularly picky). 4 years later and the only issue that I have is that the microphone quality seems to have taken a dive, my friends frequently have issues hearing me. I haven't tried to sort it out because I just switched to my laptop's built in mic, so it could be something fixable with a driver update or such. Would love to have a Nari with the same bluetooth capabilites as the Barracuda (so it could be used on mobile), without a microphone stick and with decent ANC. Would tick all the boxes for me.

Product is really good... Audio quality is super lit... And trust me i can literally hear people coming from tunnel when i planting below window in de_dust2 crystal clear(CSGO) But yeah Razer Synapse program sucks... And if you want best mic quality trust me never turn on that ambient noise reduction thing if you dont want to be called Optimus Prime.. Overall the headphones are super awesome+wireless idk why people hate razer.... Its worth a five star rating... Will update my review after months of usage.

For the money, good comfortable great sounding headphones. The bass response is really descent. you get your moneys worth. i have zero complaints. everything is configurable using the razor software. The Haptic feedback is awesome. shakes your head. you can turn the intensity up or down it is software controlled. It activates as the bass hits. These things are stupid comfortable too. The overall build quality is excellent. They provide you with a USB transceiver which is found in a little compartment on the right speaker, a 3.5mm cable for connecting it to your xbox controller and a usb cable for charging and i think usb audio to headphones (dont quote me on that part) the usb cable is also your charging cable. it just uses standard usb micro B so nothing special there which is really good. yeah zero complaints. My old headphones were corsair HyperX. they sound alright but are completely weak compared to the razors. You really do get what you pay for. i've never forked out 2 C notes for a set of headphones before. but i think i'll modify my habit a bit and from now on, i'll pay more for good sounding headphones. I listen to a lot of bass, techno bass, dubstep, rock music old and new pretty much everything but mainly techno stuff. I'd buy another set of these down the road if these ever die. so far the battery is good too. full charge i've been listening to techno and dubstep at 70% volume (I like it loud) with the Haptic feedback at 60% for the last 5 hours. no issues so far. Still going strong, and my ears dont ache at all. the Corsair HyperX always made my ears ache after about an hour. i've also been piddling around in the house listening to music no real problems. occasional dropout in signal but that is to be expected. The transceiver is low field low power so its range isnt very far. going through walls is a huge challenge for any consumer wireless digital signal. ....an update about a year or so later.... i've been listening to these headphones almost every day now. i still dont have any complaints. the construction is holding on and there's no damage to them yet. i dont abuse my stuff though. nothing is falling apart foam is holding up still. i moved into a different apartment since i bought these. there are about 20 wifi networks around my immediate area. causes dropouts now just simply because those networks are 2.4ghz and so is the usb wireless dongle for the headphones. only and i mean only complaint i have is these headphones COULD be bluetooth 5.0 that would greatly cut the interference. i somedays cant even listen to these things because of the 2.4ghz spectrum being crowded. so in that case i switch to hardwired but the sound quality isnt as good because they are no longer software controlled and they are not quite as loud. i like loud music i like a ton of bass i like to feel bass i dont just listen to it. ---------------------------------------------------------------- Amazon won't let me review the actual model i have since i bought a different model years ago. so here's an update. after a few years my razer nari ultimates completely died. they are dead. oh well. they did last quite a while so i'm happy with how long they lasted. since i like these headphones i first tried to find the same models but none are found. i'm not buying used sets or "refurbished" nonsense. no i will not buy them from ebay either. so i picked up a pair of Razer Nari Ultimate Wireless 7.1 Surround Sound Gaming Headset: HyperSense Haptic Feedback - Auto-Adjust Headband - Retractable Mic – for Xbox Series X & S, Xbox One - Black/Green.... finally got them after a week. what it don't say in the description or any of the documentation until you get them in your hands you MUST have the xbox wireless transmitter or you cannot interface these things to anything. the previous model i had at least had an analog stereo 3.5mm jack and you could link them via usb cable they wouldnt sound the best but they would at least work. and they had their own USB wireless transceiver that i still have but is not compatible with these new ones. sort of disappointing really to be completely honest. i'm just hoping the sound quality hasnt changed. i have an expensive set of sony bluetooth headphones that are junk and they cost me 3x as much as the razers. so it is what it is. Also you cannot control these new ones with software so if you have razer synapse installed you may as well uninstall it if you no longer have a working set of the older units with their little usb wireless dongle. i just wish amazon or the seller in this case would 1) update the description to advise you MUST have the xbox One controller wireless usb dongle for PC in order for you to be able to interface these to a computer. I do not own a console and i refuse to ever own a console. and 2) also state in the description that shipping from this specific seller ships only USPS and it will take about a week before it arrives.
