This is such a great little drum pad!! 11 year old has been playing with it for DAYS. It has amazing and semi adjustable volume (adjustable meaning if the lid is smacking it then it’s gonna make noise. Great for kids who love making a beat with a quick , comfortable, durable, and easy drum set !! Works great

I was surprised at the quality of sound that comes out of this drum set. It has 2 petals that attach by wire in addition to the 7 surface drums. The included drum sticks are good quality, and the rechargeable battery makes this a good instrument to take out and use without the need to be plugged in. It is pretty loud at full volume, but can be turned down. I was skeptical before buying about the sound quality, but I was definately not disappointed. It does not take up much space at all, and can be moved from place to place easily. My son spilled a drink on the surface of it, and I literally wiped it off with no issues. The rubberized foam like surface repels liquids. I believe it has 2 speakers built in for stereo sound, and the bass tones really sound good. This was a great alternative for my son as opposed to getting him an actual drum set that would take up way too much space in his room, and cant be easily moved. Overall I was pleased with this drum set.

Overall good product for the price. Mostly functional, multiple sounds, great way to practice and even has foot pedals. However, the pads are a little too close together, particularly the high-hat and snare placement. Probably the same height makes it difficult to actually cross sticks when practicing. Also, the foot pedal for the high-hat doesn't work and when cannot effectively make gentle or differing sounds with symbols. Limited but still not bad for the price. Fun to play with your hands rather than using sticks. Bottom line = More than just a toy but certainly nothing that could be taken seriously.

UPDATE: Got a FULL REFUND and was told to keep the drums! They acknowledged the defect in my particular drums set and stand behind their product. I fully recommend it. ***review below*** I've had this drum set for about two months. Very nice drum set! I played the drums a bit when I was in junior high school, and this is a cost effective way to have some fun before deciding if getting a bigger and more expensive kit is worth it. The Good: It's simple to use - just turn it on start playing! It's small and easy to transport. You can use headphones. The Bad: The quality is not what I expected. Literally the day AFTER I could easily return it on Amazon, it started acting up. Only able to attach one short video, but here is a brief description. ***One of the pedals cracked. Other reviewers have mentioned various problems with the pedals. ***One of the heads (what I think of as the hi-hat) randomly plays a different sound when you hit it. Obviously, this ruins the sound BUT it also throws off my rhythm, so my flow is completely disrupted. Another head does the same thing depending on WHERE you hit it (ie. center vs closer to edge). ***On occasion, the whole kit starts making a loud, distorted noise. It resolves when I turn it off and back on once or twice. This is a lot of fun to use. If not for the above-mentioned problems, I'd give it a 5 star rating! Let's see if the company stands behind their product.* They do. FIVE STARS!

Really great little drum set. It is definitely table-top size. I would venture to say it would just barely comfortably fit on a student’s desk without falling off th me sides, but just barely. The settings on it are fantastic, giving all kinds of different drum sounds to play around with. My five-year-old son has been interested in drums, but I have another baby coming, and drums are LOUD. Not so with these! Because the makers thought of that and installed a volume control that goes from loud enough to hear across the house to quiet enough to play in the same room as other people without annoying them. When my son wants to play me a concert, he cranks up the volume, turns on one of the many demos, and goes wild beating the drums. A metronome is also built into the set, so as he ages and starts to show more interest in the technical aspects of music, the metronome will be an asset. As a music major and teacher myself, I am very pleased with this set. It covers the basics without breaking the bank or my eardrums. My only complaint is that it does not plug into the wall without an adaptor. I use the end of my iPhone charger to plug in the drums, but it’s kind of a pain to switch between a charger and a drum set. Otherwise the product itself is well worth purchasing, especially for kids showing an interest in percussion.

Purchased as a gift for our teenage son who loved it. Great quality, durable, looks nice and stores in small spaces.

This drum set has become the most fun thing ever for my whole family. It’s so easy to use and it sounds like real live drums. There are different types of drum kits which is awesome. I have a 1 year old, who loves the set!!! And a 5 and 10 year old. Even my husband and I want “our turn” on the drums Hahahaha! They even come with pedals you can connect. Any drum stick or even your fingers, or if you’re a baby, your baby foot lol, works and creates an excellent quality sound. You can plug in head phones or turn down the volume. Such an easy instrument to play. The demo beats are really catchy too. There’s even a click, which helps you learn to stay on beat. My family and I just love this drum set. I ordered more drum stick sets too!!! The wooden ones they come with are ok. If you’re looking for something easy to play and entertaining, this is your chance.

Collest toy for a musical child. I love the fact that it has head phones as well. My daughter loved it has a Christmas gift. I would buy it again if she asked. It's very durable and you can fit it into small spaces as well.

Not professional but lot of fun

I bought these for my son to put away for Christmas. He has been asking for a drum kit for years, but not only are drum kits expensive, they are also very noisy! These were the perfect solution, as they were fairly inexpensive and you can plug headphones in to them. I got them out of the packaging to test they were working OK and I was pleasantly surprised. The sound quality of the speakers are excellent and they really do sound just like a real drum kit. The kit also folds up really small and when you are ready to use it, you just roll it out on the floor or a desk/table top and you're good to go! You also receive two good quality wooden drum sticks in the package and the necessary wires to recharge it when the battery runs out. I can't wait to give him this on Christmas day!

Me gustó mucho, fue un regalo para mi hijo de 8 años pero a decir verdad yo le eh usado más tiempo, muy divertido y buen volumen, además trae batería recargable por medio un USB tradicional ,no incluye cargador pero se puede usar cualquier cargador de celular. Muy contento con mi compra.
