Originally planned on using New Era brand caps that I was adding custom embroidery to, but found that even New Era's "blank" caps cost about $30 each...so, decided to buy a few of these to examine the quality once they came, eventually buying in bulk IF they were acceptable. Well, quite frankly, I was pleasantly surprised to find that they looked great, seemed "uniform" with their sizes (as I have a LARGE head and wear a size 8...with just the SMALLEST inconsistency between 2 caps that are SUPPOSED to be the same size being VERY important), were well-constructed, AND VASTLY more affordable. Needless to say, once I was satisfied by the few examples I ordered, I bought MANY more and continue to use these today.
