I got a defective product and returned
It's was overheating like hell after 2 days. Battery charge varies randomly i.e when switching on it shows 100% after a few seconds it comes to 50 and 20, suddenly again showing 90%. The sound quality was ok and the build quality was really nice. May be mine was faulty and amazon refunded my amount after return. My advice is when buying go for a good one because you will be using it for a year. So small price difference doesn't matter.

The audio is not that great
Not sure if this neckbank is a genuine Lenovo product due to the quality of the sound. The price is good though.

Battery Life very poor
Bought 2 Units, for both the units the battery life turned out to be very poor, Battery doesn't last for more than 1 Hr. Also both units charging has stopped and it has stopped working. Not worth buying.

Good sound quality - no problems
Surprisingly good sound quality, good backup pair always to have in the pocket, they look well made too, and of course a cheap price. I’m fine with non-brands.

Really easy to set up, comfortable ear buds, adjustable, nice sound quality. Compatible with a few of my devices that are not Lenovo. So far only used at home. You do need a USB port to charge but it comes with a very short USB cable. Great product I would buy again.

Sound quality is very good. The flexible part is a little weak and doesn't maintain its shape well, but Lenovo makes good products and this is one of them.

Connection to other devices very fast, and battery life reasonable. Stand by an almost 24hrs—long cable for ears. The magnets are working correctly. The sound level is good. The sound bass level is good. Cheap and functional.

I bought this headset a few weeks ago on Amazon to replace a very cheap unbranded set which had died on me after a year of daily use (but was unfortunately no longer available to buy). I selected this model because it was relatively cheap, had good reviews and had the Lenovo branding which I felt suggested some indication of quality. The unit arrived promptly via Amazon Prime and my first impression was very good. It came neatly packaged in a small matt-white box with gloss-highlighted printing. Inside the box was the headset itself, a short micro USB charging cable, a plastic sachet with two additional sets of rubber tips in different sizes to the ones already fitted to the earbuds themselves and a brief instruction manual. First impressions of the headset itself were also very positive though I was somewhat surprised to find that, unlike previous similar neckband headsets I had owned, the neckband itself is not shaped and springy but bendy and made of some kind of memory-type material which seemed to more or less hold any shape I bent it into. On each end of the neckband there is a weighted casing which feels like it is made of metal and reasonably substantial and high quality. The left-hand end includes a 3-way switch for on, volume up and volume down as well as an LED indicator and the microphone hole. The right-hand end just has the Lenovo logo printed on it. The earbuds themselves are connected to the end casings by what seems like a slightly thicker wire than my previous headset, which again suggested good quality. The buds themselves are quite small and are magnetic so you can attach them together around your neck. The whole unit feels solid and well made and has a nice feeling of quality. After a few weeks of using this headset daily, however, I am somewhat disappointed to report that it simply isn't as good in real-world use as I had originally hoped. I typically wear my headset all day around my neck, but only have both earbuds in to listen in stereo (music/videos) for maybe an hour or two a day; the rest of the time, I let the buds hang down (sometimes clipped together magnetically, sometimes not) and then just put one bud (usually the right-hand-side one) in when I need to make or take a phone call. Based on this specific usage pattern, the main negative points in my view are that: 1/ The memory material band simply doesn't hold its shape as well as I first thought (or as well as it needs to) and, as a result, the headset doesn't stay nicely around my neck as it should but instead tends to gradually open up and eventually slip either down my front or my back. This means that the buds are not always where I expect them to be when I reach to my chest to grab one and put it in my ear for a call; also, there have been a couple of instances when the whole headset would have probably dropped down and potentially been lost had it not been that one of the buds was in my ear. 2/ The second major drawback is that it has no vibrate function: my previous headset would vibrate when I powered it on or off and also to warn me of an incoming call (very useful in a loud environment) but unfortunately this unit doesn't seem to vibrate at all (in fairness I have now realised that it doesn't claim to do so in the listing but I didn't notice that when I ordered it). 3/ The earbuds themselves do not fit in my ear as well as my previous headset despite the rubber grommets themselves being the same size. 4/ Finally, I find the battery life disappointing on two fronts: firstly it simply doesn't last as long as my previous headset and secondly whilst it does relay a charge level back to my phone so I can look up what percentage charge is supposedly left, in practice that seems to be fairly inaccurate and on at least one occasion I checked it in the evening before going to bed to see if it needed charging and it claimed to still have 50% charge, but then the next morning it ran out within an hour of me switching it on. That is not to say they are all bad and on the positive side: 1/ They charge reasonably quickly, within about an hour and a half to two hours. 2/ Although they do not vibrate, there is a clear spoken notification when you switch them on to say "power on", "bluetooth connected", "battery is low", etc. 3/ Sound quality is as good as I would expect for this kind of headset though so I should stress I use these mainly for commuting, outside, around the house or in the office for casually listening to music and or videos and for calls, so I am not looking for concert hall quality sound. 4/ From what I am told, the microphone seems reasonably good with people on the other end of calls mostly reporting back that they can hear me quite clearly. To conclude, I would say that these are OK but not great. In truth, I would probably have arranged to return these were it not for the fact that (a) they are quite cheap (that in itself is no excuse for the negative points listed above as my previous, equally cheap headset had none of these problems) and (b) I simply can't seem to find a better, similarly-priced alternative on Amazon at the moment. I will continue looking, however, and when I do come across an alternative I will be ordering it and possibly relegating these to being an emergency spare set.
