What is the difference between this and the one for adults?

I'm not sure what you mean by "the one for adults" because Waterpik has several models for adults. However, I'm guessing that you mean the Waterpik Traveler (WP-300), which is the same size and form factor as the kid's model. As far as I can tell (and I've been researching Waterpik models pretty seriously to find the best replacement for my ancient model that finally died), the main differences between this model (WP-260) and the WP-300 are 1) color (kid's is green, adult's is blue), cost (list prices: $49.00 vs $69.00), and the kid's model comes with stickers whereas the adult's model comes with a travel case. Both have world-wide voltage and a smaller reservoir than other models (15 oz vs 22 oz), and unlike most other models, these two models have only 3 pressure settings instead of 10 and lack a water control button on the hand piece. (IMO the lack of a pause button on the hand piece would be a problem for everyone, but especially for kids.)

What makes the kid version different then the adult version? I want to get one for me and my son (6)  but if there is no difference i'd get one.

For the kid version:- the machine size is smaller, the handle is bit smaller- has no cover top! So you may need to wash it first before filling it with water- has less choice on the water pressure that can be selected (3 speed vs. 10 speed)- has less 'accessories'- the water cannot be stopped from the handle so the only way to stop the water from flowing is by turning off the machine- you cannot rotate the tip from the handle- has dual voltage- appears a bit flimsyI have tried both and decided to return the kid version because the adult version is so much better for me.

Can this be used by more than one child?

Yes it can.  You just have to buy another of the Water Pik tips.  All you have to do is to take one "tip" out and insert another.  I would NOT let two children use the same accessory. Question 4

This product uses the voltage 100v-240v? China's voltage is 220v can be used directly? Do not need the converter?

Even though it does not state it on any of the packaging I received, the 300 model works on 120V-240v without any transformer.  It only needs an adapter for the plug configuration.  I have used in Europe and The UK on multiple occasions.  Before I tried it, did have a lengthy conversation with a rep from Waterpik.  The rep had no justification for why this is not advertised as multi-voltage but thought that in the near future it would be included in the product information.  Over a year later it still is not in the product info and it appears to be the only multi-voltage device on the market.  Its small size makes it ideal for packing/travel.  I ordered mine directly form Waterpic and was unaware that there were two very similar models 260 and 320.
