I know this product from Europe and I know it works amazing.You dont need to clean your washer separately and still to have residues,this one you yse with loads and they are clean and hygiene and your washer is clean.Mine even started to sound like new.It is a bit expensive and I hope to find it in a lower price,but I really Recommend it!!!

The boxes I received have NO ENGLISH on them, so I had to look online to find the instructions again. I have a front load HE washer and still unsure where to put the Calgon TABLETS. I have put them inside washer and in the “drawer” as it indicates online. We have exceptionally hard water and our softener system goes out often. Calgon tablets are working! I noticed a difference in my towels- I haven’t had soft towels from my washer/dryer in years!

I live on a farm, use well water. Need water.softner for laundry. Why can't I get good water softner in the U.S. Not everyone lives in a city with good water. Another way rural america is ignored.

If you have hard water this is the product for you. Use less detergent when using these. First few times you wash your clothes you may not need detergent. This will get your clothes back to tip top shape as well as it’s good for your machine.

These tablets, I have only used a few times, not every wash, claim to keep my machine innards free of dirt and clogs. Will only be able to tell after around 20 have been used.

When we recently had the machine serviced for an electrical fault, the engineer actually asked, “Is this new?” “Nope, had it for years!” He was genuinely surprised at how clean it was inside. About once a month, I run the drum clean cycle with one of these tablets for a deep clean, and it always leaves things smelling fresh. I haven’t had any issues with tablets not dissolving, although we do always run an extra rinse and extra spin with our laundry, just in case.
