Can this be used on a ball sack (medium sag)?

I recommend using this product for ballsacks that have moderate to semi-moderate saggage that either meets but does not exceed mid-thigh level. Serious injury can be incurred during the shaving of ballsacks that have large saggage. Please call 911 for any testicular fatalities as you should not consult this forum for medical advice.

Can you shave your genital area with it along with legs?

Yes you can. I used my back blade elite pro before discovering this beauty. I've shaved my nuts with this thing and no nicks. It gets the shaft easy and clean. You just have to lather and take your time. Its a better shave than the manscape lawnmower

Tolles Teil,sehr zu empfehlen. Rasiert echt super Bauch,Brust,Arme und Beine. Man sollte aber nicht einfach so in der Dusche unter laufendem Wasser rasieren,sondern Rasiergel und wirklich Gel und keinen Schaum benutzen,dann wird es echt glatt und schön sauber.
