I don't know the voltage, but it keeps a charge for a while. If you are just traveling to Italy you could probably get away with just making sure it's fully charged before you leave. Otherwise you will need an adapter in Italy.

Do the remington sp360 replacement foil screens and cutters work with this razor? if not, do you know where replacement screens may be purchased?

No! I haven't found anywhere that does sell replacement parts. On the plus side I highly recommend the razor, it's great.
