Surprisingly disappointing
I ordered a pack of 2 pillows. The inner case of one of them had zipper but the inner case of the other one didn't have and there was even a hole in the fabric of the inner case. The pillows didn't arrive in a box as shown on the product photo but in basic plastic bags. There was no extra bag with filler as shown on the photo. Also, the tags of the outer cases (both pillows) were cut. This was very disappointing and unexpected, considering the high product rating.

GOOD PILLOW CHOICE!
Really needed some new pillows, and was not sure about these ones, but what a GOOD CHOICE! So happy with these. They are easy to mold the way you want to support your neck. I left one pillow fairly full and took out more foam from the other to have a smaller pillow . Works well, and no headache the next morning. Soft and cool. Very happy with them. Threw out the old feather filled 15 year old pillows I had previously. NOTE: I kept the extra fill in the carry bag provided, so I can use it later on.

Cool Side of the Pillow
These pillows are fabulous! There literally is a cool side of the pillow! IDK how the science works! Even after several washes (then air dried, never in the dryer), the cool side still remains. Guests are also amazed when they touch it. I just wish both sides were cool, and felt just a bit cooler for hot Arizona summer nights.

The perfect pillow!
I decided to try these based on the previous reviews and I thought that the cooling affect would benefit both my husband and myself. I first didn't know what to think. They are very firm and very large. My husband loved his from the start. I decided to follow the instructions and remove some of the filling. It worked! It made my pillow less large but still firm and cool to sleep on. It's like sleeping on a cloud and very supportive. I find I sleep better on my back now. Would purchase more of these pillows for my kids. Nice how you can make the pillow fit your own needs. Very well made. I am saving the filling part that I removed in case I want to add any at a later point. Amazing product!
