I bought these for my mother. She “used” to eat her everything bagels all the time until I got these for her and they’re so delicious she’s obsessed! I thought this might be thick or have an egg taste or tear easily, but it has a nice neutral flavor, is soft and easy to eat, while being thin and strong enough to use as a wrap. I really enjoyed this. I love that it’s gluten free. Compared to gluten free bread, the cost was really very reasonable.
