J45FF Carbon and J45TT Titanium guitar strings. Excellent strings
If you use the Standard J45ff Normal tension carbon, these are the extended life XTC Normal Tension set. They set easy and stay in tune quickly. Nice feel to them too. I use them on my de Jonge double top and have a nice bell like bright tone. Plenty of projection and sustain. I also purchased a normal tension set of XTC J46tt Titanium trebles for use on my de Jonge spruce top. They are also excellent strings. I noticed slightly more volume on my spruce top. The trebles are slightly thicker and seem to have more body and not as thin sounding as the as the J45FF carbons. I think they also have a faster feel IMO. Great projection without any noticeable loss of sustain.

Great sound
These are my ordered strings. The feel is better than other strings I have used. I like the gauge, and the sound produced. Not to twangy like a steel string, not dull and lifeless. I play 1 to 2 hours a day and they lasted me about 2 1/2 months.

Great strings for an old classical guitar
After trying several sets of strings, I finally tried this set. The tension is just right for my 60 year old Yahama classical guitar. The sound is clear. Unlike some sets I tried which took many days before they would stay in tune, this set took only one day.

Thin strings
The strings gave my guitar a nice sound. However, they are a bit thin and tend to break--mostly strings 1 and 2. But, I was able to use the rolled up string to restring them. We'll see how long it lasts.

Great feel and tone
Great feel. Better than the high tension. I have an impression my fender’s strings I had years ago used to provide a warmer and more mellow tone. Not sure.

Cheap and effective.
Exactly as expected. Basses are a tad twangy for my taste but I'm sure they'll settle down a bit. Only the low E string had the lightly coiled end for tying your knot but I didn't have any trouble tying the A and D strings without it.

First ever defective string in the pack—but they sounded great for the day I got to play the
Put these on my Yamaha after trying the Composite Pro Arte—which were just a bit to dull on the B and high E strings. The titanium pack sounded great—bright tone on the trebles, solid, full tone on the basses. But after only a day of these on my guitar, I went to retune (as they were still settling a bit) and POP! D string broke at bridge. Never had that happen ever before. Since I give myself a few extra wraps around the tuner (just in case), I unwound and restrung the D. Went to tune it and again, POP! Same string broke. Been playing D’Adarrio strings on all my electrics and acoustics for almost 20 years—absolutely love ‘em. This was the first time I ever got a defective pack. Will probably scoop up another pack with hopes it was just that—just a weird pack with a defective string.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I'll admit I hesitated at the price point, but these D'Addario XTC45FF strings have completely justified the investment. The XT coating actually works – I'm getting 3-4 times the lifespan of my regular strings while maintaining that fresh, bright tone I love. I live in Japan and the humidity does not affect the strings. The Dynacore basses are punchy and responsive with zero muddiness, while the carbon trebles have a clarity and projection that makes my guitar sing. The normal tension feels perfect for both classical pieces and more contemporary playing styles. What really sold me is how they hold their tuning stability almost immediately after installation. No endless stretching sessions needed. After two months of daily playing, they still sound and feel nearly new. Yes, they cost more upfront, but when you factor in how long they last and the consistently superior tone, you're actually saving money in the long run. If you're serious about your playing and tired of constantly changing strings, these are absolutely worth the premium price.

I'm not a pro and I put these on a guitalele, it improved the sound so much it almost sounds like a bigger guitar. It's louder, clear and a much rounder sound. Fantastic and I'd buy them again!

Yo, siempre he tocado con "Savarez New crystal", "Hig tensión", y he notado un cambio notable en sonido, cuerpo, y dureza.
