I received a 12 pack of these but found a couple without screws. Can i get extra ones?

My box of 12 came with a small clear baggy with 10 extra screws.

How do you unscrew these? I'm about to throw them all away

They unscrew opposite the direction you'd expect. Looking down at the metal tip, turn the metal clockwise or the turn the shell counter-clockwise.

The jacket of this plug is condusive, so if they touch, my system is prone to shock. Would heat shrink around the jacket help add protection?

Heat shrink wouldn't be necessary. These are meant to plug into the red and black posts in the back of your receiver and speakers. There wouldn't be any electrical shock, but would get feedback or potentially damage your speakers if touching other wired speaker connections.

Is the outside of the plug conductive? Is there a hazzard of a short circuit between the 2 banana plugs?

The outside screw on cover appears to be some type metal so I would say yes they are conductive. Once plugged in they should not contact each other while signal applied. If concerned can always cover with shrink tubing I suppose as some have shown in reviews of this type connector.
