Super Carb - 30 Servings (Raspberry Lemonade)

When I first received the product, I tried blending it in my water bottle, and it was extremely clumpy, and I was disappointed. I learned to instead blend it in a shaker bottle with a blender ball first and then pour it into my water bottle. After that, I pop it in the freezer a few hours before lifting, and it's a nice refreshingly cold smooth drink, it requires no additional shaking. As far as flavor, I mix it with 30 ozs of water instead of the 16 oz that is recommended, so it is more watery than it is intended and less sweet which is what I prefer, taste is still good. I definitely notice that my muscles are much more full during my workouts, not like a pre-workout, but just a really massive swelling in the muscle that feels amazing. I don't use it with any preworkout (besides coffee) or vasodilation products, so I know for sure that this stuff works.

As a cyclist, this seems to work as an energy source on a ride. Taste is better than expected. Only draw back is it takes a lot of effort to mix completely.
