Just received the package today. I am unable to plug in the USB for my wireless mouse. Has anyone else had this issue? Why is this?

I haven't had any issues. Make sure you have it right side up when inserting.

How long do the batteries last?

This computer has dual battery. One on the keyboard and the other one of course on the tablet. They both give you 4 hours each. When the tablet battery is low you can plug it into the keyboard and it will actually charge your tablet. When I said four hours I meant 4 hours of heavy use

can the base be plugged in to a projector and the screen use that to project remotely?

You can use an HDMI cable and connect it to the base of the computer to a TV or other device and it will project on that device. You just have to go to the settings on you TV or device so that it is in the HDMI setting. Hope this answers your question.

can you get a replacement keybord

I'm not 100%sure. But my guess is, should be able to get one.
