BEST TOY- but
One of my cats loves this toy so much that it broke at the nut that screws into the suction cup. The extra antenna that comes with it needs to fit into that nut. But I fixed the first one by drilling it out and epoxying it into the nut. Once you do that you have the best toy that there is. To use the spare antenna I will have to drill out the old fiberglass antenna to accept the new antenna, but I don't see that happening for a long time. I regularly have to straighten the antenna due to abuse due to abuse. Update- It's not fiberglass at the base of the antenna but everything else is the same. Make sure you square up the end and clean good before you epoxy it. I even reinforced it at the nut with tape and it lasted for 3 plus weeks. Before that my cat was breaking it in days. I live in a RV that might be part of the problem. My cat has learned to lay on it.

Holds My Cat's Attention
This interactive toy keeps three of my four cats attention. My oldest cat that is in the video doesn't play very often with toys, but this one has aroused her interest often. It's reasonable priced and I highly recommend it. So far it has shown to be durable and the batteries have lasted a long time.

A Great Toy For Cats!👍🏻
The only reason I’m giving this four stars instead of five was because they didn’t include any batteries with the toy. With shipping and tax I paid a little over twenty dollars for the toy so I thought that they should have included batteries. Despite that two of my cats really liked this toy. Especially my cat Gidget. Whenever I turn it on, she is right there pouncing on that butterfly. She really gives it a workout! Luckily the butterfly is very durable and so is the thin wire attached to the butterfly. Glad they give you two butterflies in case one breaks. But so far the toy is still working and hasn’t broken yet! I definitely recommend this toy. Gidget is about five or six and Rascal is about twelve or thirteen and both cats really enjoy it! So it’s meant for both young cats and senior cats! And it’s not noisy either which I like and it doesn’t scare them. My other cat Shadow hasn’t tried it yet. He’s still a bit skeptical about it. But hopefully he’ll get used to it and play with it. Anyway, this was a hit at this house. You’ll be glad you bought it! Here is a video of my black cat Rascal playing with the toy. Then Gidget the tortoise shell cat jumped in and started playing with the toy.

Cat interactive toy.
My cat loves this interactive cat toy. The only thing that concerns me is the wire that holds the butterfly bends easily by my cat and is hard to straighten out. But she loves it, and it comes with an extra butterfly.

I want to love this, but….
Our cat has had a butterfly toy for three years that she loves. The only problem is that it’s either on or off, and so when we saw this motion detector butterfly, we thought we’d try. There are times she walks over to the and is hitting the butterfly and it does not turn on. I go over there and try to get it to turn on and it won’t. Finally, if I lift it up and turn the button off and on and it turns on, but only for a bit and it’s off. We even ordered a replacement and still seems not to work. Then there are evenings the cat is in another room and it’s going off all evening when we walk by, and staying on for hours. It says to face the “eye” in the direction where your cat will approach. Not sure how I can teach my cat to approach from a certain way and don’t want it against the wall. Disappointed.

Survives rough play/ holding it and biting it for awhile
My main concern was when my cat would bite it or step on it, and hold it down that it would either crank really loud, or just break it all together, but it actually made it even more exciting for them, because it wiggled and moved under their grip. My gray kitty is a bit older than the baby and she’s my bird kitty- and she went CRAZY! Its definitely fast so if your cat likes fast, flying or birds- get this one! It scared the baby a little because he prefers slower moving toys, he still plays with it because Louie plays with it but I would be iffy if you’re cat would actually play with this if you notice your cats play style is slow. It’s Louie’s dream to catch a bird so this is definitely the closest to it! Definitely recommend. Motion sensor works great! Also, someone said that the butterflies were sharp. I literally stuck my face in it before my cats played and let it hit my face and it wasn’t sharp at all.

My Cat's Love This Butterfly Toy! 🦋
I have 2 Inside Cat's. My Boy "Chap" is 8 years old and My Female Cat "Bevany" is almost 1 Year. They have a Lot of Toys here. But I wanted to get them something Fun for them. As soon as I got it and turned it on, Chap went crazy over it! He does try to eat the Butterfly 🦋 But thank goodness they send you an extra one! So for the price and you get 2 Butterflies, it's so worth it! I give this toy a 5 Star! Now the only thing I would love even more, is if there was a Timed Turn Off Sensor. Other than that it's a Great Toy for my Cat's! (Takes 3 AA Batteries)

My kitten who is full of energy loves this toy so much, she has not stopped playing with it, which gives me some respite. Only issue is, I have not worked out yet how it stops when she isn’t playing with it, except to manually turn it off. It has a motion sensor which should mean it only works when it detects motion, but it’s constantly going. I imagine the battery would run out very quickly. Other than that, brilliant toy.

I would prefer if this moved a little more slowly. My older cat is afraid of it. My younger one likes to atch it but she won't touch it unless I turn it off. I would not buy it again.

Much better than the original Flutterbug toy. This one turns off after 10 mins and has a motion sensor. My adult cats don't care for it, but it always attracts my young foster kittens. They regularly play with it, because it's quiet and the butterfly flutters randomly, so it looks realisitic.

Works a charm but sensor is only on one side so unless cat approaches from that side it doesn't work

Dreht sich schnell. Lustiger Aufbau. Leider haben meine Katzen Angst davor. Wirkt aber gut verarbeitet. Ging leider zurück.
