Had previously used Nutrol 10 mg but this one doesn't have same relaxing and quick effect as nutrol product maybe it differ from person to person.

Won't recommend for overall well-being
After using the product for 10 days (my personal experience): Does it make you sleep: Absolutely yes!! Does it make you reap benefits of good sleep: Not at all!! I don't see a point in using a product for better sleep if it makes you sleep but still you feel like you haven't slept, and you feel this the entire day!! Despite sleeping for 8–9 hours, you wake up absolutely tired and yawny, you lack energy and have almost no mental energy to work. Absolutely counterproductive in my experience!! I had read about this earlier that most of the melatonin supplements are offering 10+ mg, which is way too much compared to what the body naturally produces. I'm not really sure what science is backing this. Melatonin metabolism is highly subjective and varies from person to person. Apparently, in my body the compound stayed for too long and constantly kept me out of energy. I'd advise other people to start with small dosages like 1–3 mg (only if you're able to find that product :-p). I felt much more functional with less sleep without this product after quitting it.
