Really good, saw results in skin in a few weeks. I Don't know how much it helps acne but i just had mild discoloration on my skin which slowly disappeared. Morning one 1ml and evening 1ml with the dropper

I don’t write a lot of reviews, but if this product can help someone like it helped me, that would be great! A long story short, I have been struggling with menopause, I’m sure a lot of other people are having a really hard time with it like I was, but none of my friends had it that bad. I was having a hot flash every 20 min. All day long. When I wasn’t having a hot flash, I was sweating even when it was cold out! I also was going through major depression, even though I never struggled with depression before! I lost my job because I was so depressed I didn’t get out of bed, I was so sweaty and miserable.. this is terrible to say, but there were days where I thought it would be easier to die! I never ever knew menopause could be so horrible. I looked up stuff everyday that might give me some relief.. I’m not sure if we can mention other products, but I got Menoease, which helped a lot with the hot flashes.. it took about 3 weeks to notice a difference. While looking things up everyday, I read that Schisandra can help with your mood, fatigue and hot flashes.. So I ordered my first bottle and took some as soon as it came.. within 3 days, I felt like a brand new person.. I’m not sure if it’s also helping with the hot flashes since I’m still taking Menoease.. but it is 100 percent helping with the depression and fatigue. I get out of bed every morning now, my mood is Good and I have energy!!! I’m on my second bottle of this Schisandra and I will make sure I never run out! I know every product doesn’t effect everyone the same! But, if you are depressed and always tired.. I would honestly give it a try! I noticed a little difference in just one day.. but in about 3 days I noticed a huge difference! I put two half droppers full in about 2 oz of orange juice every morning!! Hope this helps, no one should have to struggle with menopause or depression!!

I'm still using my first bottle of Schisandra Berry so I can't say it's making a huge difference yet, but I have a chronic illness so it will take some time and most assuredly more than one bottle. However, I'm very pleased with the integrity of the product, namely being alcohol-free, gluten-free, and preservative-free. Alcohol in a tincture cancels out any benefit you would get from the supplement, so being alcohol-free is VERY important to me because I know I'm not wasting my money. I have a non-celiac gluten intolerance, which means I have, among other things, a compromised digestive system, so being gluten-free and preservative-free means I can rest assured that taking this product will not make me sick. I have had to get used to the taste as it is a little strong, but adding it to some water per the instructions helps. After taking the extract consistently for a little over a week, I'm now used to the taste and have no issue with it. Overall I believe this is a great product and have just recently purchased my second bottle so I don't run out.

I once heard this herb referred to as “Nature’s Adderall” and it’s 100% true! I’m very ADHD, so supplementing my body with this herb gives me all of the focus and energy benefits without the jitters!
