I have chronic plantar fasciitis. These fit well into most shoes. For reference I wear a 9.5-10 W. I have put them into lace up leather boots, winter boots, booties, and moccasins. They significantly change my comfort level when walking. I do think they could offer just a little bit more support. Maybe if there was two levels that you could purchase, like an every day and a higher level of support option. I have quite high arches and could use a little extra support there. On that note, I have two pairs currently in rotation so they are doing the job for every day use.

These work so good to take away my foot pain! I was pleasantly surprised because at this price point, which I thought was cheap, I honestly believed the quality may be lacking. I was wrong!

Almost too thick for my shoes and was unable to use.

These helped me so much. I work in the medical field and spend a lot of time on my feet and do a lot of walking at work. My feet hurt me so bad especially my left foot and heel. The pain got to the point where it was hurting everyday. I wear good shoes but apparently that wasn’t enough. I saw these and got a pair and could feel the difference immediately. I also have started doing foot stretches too. I bought a second pair to put in my other work shoes because they work so well. They were easy to put in and my feet instantly feel better. It’s been a couple months now and I’m doing so good.

Been getting these a couple years now on subscription, I am on my feet working 8-12 hour days on all different terrains and have shattered both of my heels these so far are the most comfortable on my feet and give me good arch support and heel cushion they fit great in all my shoes and they are of good quality seeing as I’m in my feet all the time I do replace them about every 2-3 months

Waoo, que alivio de mi fascitis cuando la utilizé. El dolor se fué en un 80%. Eso para mi es un gran alivio. Solo la he usado dos dias y me ayudò. Llevo un año con la fascitis y hay tennis q me lo alivian, pero algunos no tienen un poco de arco que necesito. No necesito una plantilla con arco muy alto, siento q esta es media y me ayudò. Peso 135 lb y las estoy usando para el trabajo y caminar por cuestas ya q estoy entrenando camino santiago.

I have plantar fasciitis, at lease that's what I've been told, the insole is comfortable and reduces the impact when walking but I'm not sure if it'll be enough since I'd like the arch to be tiny more higher, but the quality is there of course.
