Prodotto molto utile per completare un kit di pronto soccorso, il mio scopo era quello di portarlo nello zaino durante le lunghe escursioni in zone remote. Devo dire che è stato molto utile in occasione di una contusione. Questo sacchetto di GHIACCIO ISTANTANEO ha la sua praticità, ma anche qualche svantaggio. Perchè SI: - è SUBITO DISPONIBILE per l'utilizzo e pronto all'uso, non serve di tenerlo in freezer o frigorifero... - basta premere con le mani l'interno del sacchetto e squotere un pò per ATTIVARE LA REAZIONE che in poco tempo produce il freddo. - il sacchetto rimane comunque MORBIDO e non rigido, quindi si può avvolgere bene intorno alla zona dolorante. - la DURATA del FREDDO è sufficiente per un primo rapido intervento (ho visto che varia da 30 a 60 minuti circa, dipende anche dalle temperature esterne) Perchè NO: - portandolo nello zaino devo ammettere che è un pò INGOMBRANTE e devo cercare di posizionarlo bene, in modo che non venga schiacciato da qualche altro oggetto, che magari lo farebbe attivare involontariamente. - è MONOUSO, a differenza di alcuni prodotti che creano il "caldo" e possono essere rigenerati, ma va bene così. Va infatti usato per una situazione di emergenza.

Have used these for years and they’re excellent for immediate treatment of bumps, bruises, aches and strains. I’ve been kick boxing for a number of years and am getting old so I now buy in bulk. These instant cold packs are so useful for the immediate application of cold to an injury. They are very simple to use; squeeze the pack to pop the bag of water inside then shake to mix the water with the crystals et viola, instant cold. They stay cold for about 20 mins then just pop them in the bin. No mess, no fuss and far more convenient than using a bag of frozen peas. I always keep a couple in my gym bag.

Not very much cold out of these packs Overpriced in my opinion
