Very very helpful for health
I used it with soaking in water, it reduces the heat in out. My mother in law used it and she said it reduced her body pains also. Quality is good, there won't any taste to it, u will find difficult at first but after that it is fine. Helpful for our health. Price is also good, as it will last for many days. You need to soak only 2 or 3 parts for 1 person is enough.
