Worked as one would expect a chain hoist to work!
used this chain hoist with a gantry to lift the inboard motor out of my boat, and it worked exactly as expected. Very solid construction and performed well—especially impressive considering it's about half the price of similar options at brick-and-mortar stores. The hoist comes coated in an oil to prevent rust and corrosion, which will leave your hands black, but that's not an issue if you're actually using this for heavy-duty work. Great value overall

Quality is indeed questionable
A very dangerous item. Be very careful when using this item. Definitely never put yourself or something valuable below such a device when lifting or pulling. A chain sling broke, and probably a miracle allowed us to notice on time to unload the weight. You can see in the video how such a piece is deformed by such short usage (2 times tried to lift).

Was sent a used chain hoist
Was sent a used Chain Hoist. A lot of scuff marks on the casing right out of the box. The hoist worked OK so I guess I will keep it because it is very heavy to return. This is the second seller that has sent me a return lately and I wish that they would state that when they show it on Amazon!

Die Seilwinden funktioniert einwandfrei - nur sollte man bei der Kette(dunkel) Handschuhe tragen, da sie "eingefettet" ist und abfärbt.
