I spend close to 10-hrs on the tennis court as a tennis coach and this stuff really helps me to throughout, and as well to recover; I also take magnesium and potassium tablets after dinner to help avoid any muscle cramps.It can be taken throughout the day, but I would limit it to twice a day, (2-tabs at a time) at the most to be safe—loads of water along with Hydralyte ensures a good help for muscle work/recovery. Again, it’s just my opinion and usage—please do your own research and do what suits you. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I use them for everything *by A***E on July 3, 2019* I originally found these in my local pharmacy and grabbed them hoping they would help with hangovers for nights when I over indulged. I had one serving(two tablets in water) right before bed when I got home and then one more serving in the morning. The difference was amazing, I felt like I had consumed 3 Gatorades-which was my usual go to. Now that I'm older I take them on days I know I didn't have enough water, before, during and after a flight and always after the gym.
