Update... After over a month of everyday use, using silicone utensils and a gentle sponge there has been no scratches, damage or flaking with my cookwear. I'm very happy with my purchase. I am so happy with my purchase! There is a little scratch under one of the handles but it really doesn't bother me a lot of other people have said that it happened to them. It's probably just how they packaged it. Which they should fix. Also from working in a high end department store these are definitely not expensive. They are a lot of money but not something that you can't save up for in a few weeks. They have a great weight to them and feel very sturdy. Also the complaints about the steam notch is silly. They give you a book telling you about the cookware. Read it. Not their fault that you don't. My favorite thing about this cookware that I don't think anyone else has mentioned is that it's covered in holographic glitter! More like a sprinkle but still so pretty! Like come on my Holo heart is obsessed! Will update in the future about any damage or weird things that might happen.

Neoflam is really my favorite nonstick brand. Healthy without PFAS. The design is good and pretty.

The color and design are both very beautiful. It's a pity that after frying a steak once, it can't be cleaned. There are some black marks inside and outside the pan.

Pan specially was a huge disappointment. It says it is like non stick but since day one it is just not working for me. The pan has poor heat distribution every time we cook eggs fried or omelets they get super stuck even with added oil it doesn’t work or at lower temps it still sticky. Any meat or vegetables is the same story. On durability the handle is already coming loose it’s poor quality not recommend for purchase.

My favorite set of cookware. So adorable! Food doesn't stick and I never have to scrub off food. I will be purchasing more from the company in the future

First of all, I love the color of these ! This is my first time utilizing ceramic cookware and I was not disappointed. They heat up quick and are very easy to clean. This set is effective and the color selection is a huge plus for me.

I bought the 5 piece set and a separate 5qt stockpot of the same line in Feb, 2019. I really want to love these pans but I've already had to replace the saucepan and the 2.5 qt stockpot in the past 3 months because of issues with scratches and pinholes in the ceramic cooking surface. I also have a scratch in the ceramic surface on the stockpot of my 5qt stockpot but it's along the edge where the lid goes so I still use it. I followed all the instructions for cleaning, I use silicone and wood utensils, hand wash and dry immediately and store the pots stacked with soft things in between each of them so they don't scratch each other. I have to mention that Neoflam's customer service is wonderful and very responsive with warranty claims. Just an email and a few pictures and they sent me replacements right away. Even though the pots have a lifetime warranty, I just can't reason with having to go through the hassle of having to replace my pots every year or so, so I will probably be looking for a new set.

The cookware set is what I expected. Had a minor scratch at the bottom of the handle, which I don’t mind. So far the quality is good.

Pink is my fav colour so I had to have them. Using them is an absolute joy. I have on occasion burned some things, and clean up is a breeze. I usually put water in to cover, let it soak and the burned food will easily come off. Handles are nice and long with a rubber coating so hands don't get burned and pots won't slip. Love the see through lids too. I highly recommend.

It arrived in a week in Germany, and luckily since this bad reviews on the package, the problem did not repeat with me - they arrived with no scratch! They have very good quality, super easy to clean, and lighter than I imagined.... and the glitter particules inside the pink colour is perfect. I recommend to everyone to buy it!

Ok first all of, I should say these are great looking cookwares! And yes I was after it's great look when purchasing it also consider the fact that it was ceramic! I am here to write this review after putting it to test - 4 months of cooking, tbh, reading those 1 star review I didn't think it justify these pots. I used the pots on a daily basis on the induction hob, yes induction hob! boiling stew, noodles, soup, etc One thing I do is I don't use wire scourer to wash the pots, I don't use metal ladle, metal spatula, metal fork, metal spoon when using these pots, I guess it is a common sense, any metal can cause scratch any cooking ware surface, not just the cookware you saw on this page, I can say the downside is there is a venting hole on the lid, hot steam can come out from the lid which makes it hot to hold if you happened to accidentally hold the point where steam comes out! The final downside of this purchase is, the seller constantly changes the price of this item, the same day after buying this set of cookware the price shoot up immediately, and then after sometimes it came down, but still more expensive than when I first bought. The price constantly fluctuates otherwise I could have given a 5 stars. Overall a set of good cookware.
