Did this fall off my...
Motorcycle? lol It looks like something that would. I believe this item can definitely build forearm strength...not sure about size... It's not really about how tight you can get it and still twist it. It's really about reps to get a pump and blood flow. HONESTLY...if you want to get your forearms to grow... Try some heavy farmers carry with dumbells or kettlebells. Then try some hammer curls with moderate weight. Also hanging from a pull-up bar will pretty much do better than this thing can...

Impressive workout for forearms
I used to use the wrist rollup with weights, but felt it was too cumbersome to carry around and use it anytime I wanted to. This tool really solved that problem, as it is fairly portable and can be used practically in any situation. The resistance is outstanding and with so many settings, you'll never outgrow it's usefulness.

Review from a grip guy
Not sure what to rate this because it seems well made but is definitely more of a general population tool. Not for even intermediate gripsters. First from the look of this thing I was expecting something with constant resistance against me, like those theraband twisters... oops, not the case, should have asked a question about it before buying. This is similar to the sidewinders which are expensive but excellent even for guys that focus on grip/ forearm strength. Even at max tension this thing is a bit easier than I'd like and I'm not particularly strong felxion/extension isolation. It would work great for occlusion training or rehab but for the price you'd be better off with a rubber twister for $15. If you already have decent grip strength and are looking to get stronger I'd go with the sidewinder or work on rope climbing.

I find that I really like the thicker grip
I have seen some unfavorable comparisons between this and the Sidewinder. I own both, and I find myself reaching for this over the sidewinder most of the time. I find that I really like the thicker grip, and the overall feel. The Sidewinder does have notches on it which make it easier to determine how much tension is set, but it doesn't provide a very precise reaching in between these notches. I think that the Sidewinder might be better for very, very strong people, as it can go to extremely high tensions, but I think that this will affect relatively few people. I'm quite pleased with the Wringer thus far.

Didn't like
I use a traditional wrist roller, and bought this to add additional exercises. First, it's pretty easy until you get to the last little bit where you can't twist it anymore. Even then, it's not much of a workout. Then you have to unscrew it and start over. I don't see where this is any more of a workout than just doing a towel wring. I suggest you pass on this one, if you really want a good forearm routine, get a wrist roller.

Absolute Kaufempfehlung !!!

The Wringer
