This post-op shoe is junk! The velcro strap around the ankle had nothing to attach the velcro to. Both the strap and the bottom part where it was supposed to attach (the stiff hook part attaching to the soft loop material) there was no soft loop material to attach it to - thus, you couldn't even strap it to keep it on your foot! I fractured my fourth toe and was very disappointed to get the shoe and realize that I couldn't even get the Velcro to stick. This was a waste of my time and money. I would advise anyone to buy a different product - not from this company. Made very cheap and obviously no one does a quality check to see if the correct straps are installed properly.
