During this time, when people look at you funny when you cough or sneeze, I have found that Mucinex does the trick. Whenever, I notice that my nose is running or I start feeling I may ne coming down with some cold symptoms, I take a mucinex and symptoms are gone. Since the pandemic has been upon us, I have not had a full on cold. This has been great, since I usually have a cold or two, especially when the weather is changing, and it's hard to decide what to wear. Either it's hot and I end up burning up or too cold because later I didn't have enough clothes on. I truly recommend mucinex at first sign of cold symptoms. I wouldn't suggest taking them every da, as they may not work as well as you would need them if your body gets too used to taking them.
