Great synthetic oil filter!
Good, full synthetic filter media. Wouldn't hesitate to run for 20k miles after opening them up at 7500, 10000, and 15000 miles. Great micron filtration. Usually use this or a Fram Synthetic Endurance (the actual really good Fram filters-far from thay orange canister if death with cardboard end caps lmao). Compatible with my vehicle. Fit perfectly, seals nicely. The canister looks great in black.

Purolator Boss, The Boss of All Bosses
I used to use Mobil 1 Extended Performance oil filters. I switched to Purolator Boss oil filters early last year. They work extremely well and get the job done. I will continue to use them on 2024 Ram 1500 5.7L HEMI Limited Longhorn eTorque. They fit perfect on my Ram. The oil filter seals very good and doesn’t leak any oil. I change my oil every 5k miles. I use Pennzoil Ultra Platinum 0W-20 synthetic oil. For anyone that’s thinking about getting the Purolator Boss oil filter, do yourself a favor and get it.

I'm happy with the Purolator quality, the shipping sucked tho. That sent it in an envelope and it was thrashed by the time it got to my mailbox, yet Amazon will send a small soft item in a huge box ? Comon Amazon, get your act together.

It filters oil
It is an oil filter. I buy this one because YouTube videos have shown it is well built and does a great job of filtering without being too restrictive. Nice balance. Is it the best at just filtering, no issues it the best at flow rate, no but it is one of the best balanced out there.
