These are probably the best & most absorbing on the market. Always adjust absorbency options based on flow to avoid health risks, and change out as directed. For heavy flow days, these are great.

Perfection..wish they'd been making these for the past 30yrs!! A game changer for my sleep during menstration!..HIGHLY recommend. My parts are extraordinarily sensitive. This brand has NEVER caused any irritation or problems for me.

If it is my favorite then why am I rating it 4/5 instead of 5/5? I am having an issue more and more with these here tampons. And I am having this across many boxes, so it isn't a bad batch but a manufacturing issue now. These are fantastic. They seemingly do not leak at all. When that thing blooms up there it is form fitting and leaking is near impossible. Of course that also makes them a bit more challenging to remove. They can get very thick when they absorb a lot and sometimes pulling them out can be a challenge in itself. I have found that the little knot that sticks out on the end of the string has a frequent tendency to just come undone, even if I am making sure that it isn't too close to the end of the string. Im not sure how this happens. It did not used to be an issue until the last year or so when it has been happening more and more often. I reach to pull the sucker out and my fingers just slip off the end of the string... no knot!! This obviously causes complications and some creative thinking to get it out. I might need to find a new brand just due to this stupid string/knot issue. I dont know how to fix this.

These were supposed to be playtex sport tampons and they packaged to look like them but are actually platex gentle glide and definitely aren’t ultra absorbency. Very disappointed in this purchase.

These are amazing for the larger lady or lady who has heavier periods! They're great and even better they have a knot in the string!

Comfortable

Quite absorbent for a heavy flow. I’ve been experiencing pre menopausal symptoms and even the super tampons have been struggling to hold down the fort. Even with frequent changing and teaming up with a pad there’s nothing that can stop the what seems like internal haemorrhaging. These tampons are great but I paid ALOT. A couple of tampons were not sealed and opened, however I’ve decided to ignore that due to the fact these tampons have been the best so far, hence 1 star off.
