Just like whole milk!
This barista edition oat milk is SO good! It steams just like regular dairy whole milk. It gets so silky and creamy. The taste is so good too. Oat milk has a more earthy flavor in my opinion but I really enjoy it. It's such a good milk for coffee if you can't have dairy. I also like that this one has vitamin d. Other oat milk doesn't include it. As someone that is severely vitamin d deficient (taking supplements) I love that this milk offers this boost. It makes replacing dairy a bit easier. Only downside is: very expensive for so little. I still gave it 5 stars bc it is what it is, but yeah.. super expensive. </3

Delicious taste and texture
Oatley oatmilk is wonderful on and in everything. I use the Barisita blend for my coffee which is a God send! It froths like a dream! I can finally have lattes! I have a lactose sensitivity and haven't been able to use whole milk in years. If I dare use milk in my coffee before oatmilk, I'd have to opt for skim milk. Even then I was gambling with not getting a stomach ache or worse! I've used Oatley in all my recipes and it blends easily. My mac n cheese is outstanding! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!

Simply the best oat milk out there, whips better than anything, hands down.
There is nothing that compares to the barista version. It whips as well as a steamer will froth milk, and it tastes fantastic. This is a no-brainer.

Great taste and froths well
If you are in search of plant-based "milk" that will froth well, this product is a good bet. In the workld of barista oatmilks, this is a high second to only one other, which also costs a tad more. But, you get what you pay for, and the blend is critical to a good froth and smooth taste. The price online is quite reasonable, althhough occasionally, this product can be found for less on sale locally.

Perfect for morning lattes, can sustain higher temperature
Overall I am impress with Oatly's Oat Milk. I've tried several brands (including Pacific Food's Oat Milk Barista Edition), but this one has proven to be the most "resilient". It is creamy yet subtle. You don't taste the "oat" as much when making the lattes. When frothing at higher temperature, Oatly's seem to do better than Pacific Food's. It retains the creaminess without releasing too much of its oat flavor which could dilute the taste of your espresso.

Excellent taste, not the best value
I like this oatmilk, a lot. It has an excellent taste, mouth-feel, and goes well in my coffee or frothed up for espresso drinks. It's not my go-to however, as I like other oatmilks -- Califia, for instance -- just as well, and they are typically considerably cheaper where I shop.

Dependable!
Foams beautifully with the steaming wand, great taste and texture. This is a consistent go-to for my morning cup.

AWESOME!
Yes, this is pricey in units of one. A 12 pack is less expensive. Speaking of which, my master carton arrived super well packaged, with not a dent, blemish, or other discernable damage from packing and shipping. The local stores either do not carry Oatley at all or if they do have the Barista blend, it is only available by chance. If I do not make as close to a perfect cup of coffee in the morning, I get cranky. To keep that from occurring, I decided to buy a 12pack of the 32-ounce Barista version. COVID isolation continues to do strange things to people. Case in point, during a Zoom call, one of my brothers was overcome by a fit of what can only be described as a fit of coffee foam envy. To make matters right in the world, I sent him a single container as a peace offering,
