They offered me a replacement stating that they stand by their product, but I told them that I didn't trust their product any longer due to safety reasons, and requested my money back if they truly wanted to make things right. They authorized a refund for the full purchase price! Excellent customer service! *** Both steps cracked in the middle at just a little over 3 months. The person that was using them weighs 250lbs.
