Why does this mic not work with my gopro hero 9 media mod? it’s a 3.5 headphone/ mic jack. is there something i’m doing wrong or missing something?

I got this to work with my Media mod on my GP8. Not sure if this dual kit comes with it but my single kit of the same mic came with TRS to TRRS adaptor (two black bands -male- on the 3.5 to the three black bands female). Also on the GP8 you have to power on and then record and not press the record in the power off state or the line in does not work.

Why does the mic not work in the mic input of my phone or handheld audio recorder.

Possibly defective.. I would return asap

Hey, So the difference is that this kit contains 2 microphones, two extension cords, and a Y splitter. This will enable you to record using 2 mics (like an interview) on 1 device!

Am i getting two of the same mics as the original $25 purple panda with the purple windscreen listed? or are these a different model or lower quality?

Quality is okay but not in windy situations in my experience even with wind screen
