Overall review
- Comfortable - Big - Good Bass and volume levels - It has only red led lights on the sides - it has sound control Overall I really like this headphone. The only con of this headphone is it’s mic. When I connect the headphones directly into the PC the mic doesn’t work for some reason but if I use it with a controller it works fine.

Desde que comencé a usar estos auriculares para mis clases online, he notado una gran diferencia. Como docente de programación para niños, necesito un equipo que ofrezca buena calidad de sonido y comodidad, y estos auriculares cumplen con creces. El micrófono es claro, lo que permite una comunicación efectiva con mis alumnos. Además, las almohadillas son muy cómodas, lo que es un gran plus para largas sesiones. Me gusta que son compatibles con mi Play y mi iPad, lo que me brinda versatilidad. Si bien su tamaño puede ser un poco complicado para llevar en la maleta del colegio, las características que ofrecen hacen que valga la pena. Sin duda, son la mejor opción en cuanto a precio y calidad que he encontrado hasta ahora

UPDATE**** I have updated my review from 1 star to 5 stars. The customer service contacted me and is shipping my son a new headphone set. They were so nice and were willing to make this right. I am very thankful and impressed by their professionalism. Thank you so much for making this right. We will be buying from them again in the future! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I am trying to contact the seller for this product to see if they are willing to fix our headset. I got this for my son on March 11th and today they completely went out. We tried them on other controllers and it no longer works. When they did work they were good. If the seller wouldn’t mind contacting me bc it is after the 30 days I would appreciate it. I would like to change my review to better stars if you are able to help with a replacement. If not then I would have to leave my one star review. Please make this right. Ty
