Will this work with the Martha Stewart scoring board? I have the same question as a previous person but it was never answered.

I can't say for certain because I don't have that board, but my guess would be yes. It's the same size and shape as any other paper-folder/scorer so unless the MS scoring board takes a specially made tool (which is possible) it should work. This would work on any of the scoring plates I've bought.

can you use it to separate watercolor paper that is glued on all edges?

Probably not to make the initial separation. The bone folder doesn't have a fine enough edge to make the separation. I would try an Xacto blade or a razor blade for that. Bone folders are best used for scoring without cutting, and making or reinforcing creases.

Is it made of real bone?

It says "bone" so I take it as so. Real or not it fits in my hand and creases great. I made a mistake with it and creased red cardstock paper, now I have a rub of light pink on it. That color does not take away from the job I bought it for. It is light weight.
