Krusteaz Meyer Lemon Bar Mix, Made with Real Lemons, 19.35 oz Box

I searched long and hard for the perfect lemon bar recipe and finally found it passed down from my friend's great great grandmother. They're delicious and worth the time. Or, they used to be. The Krusteaz Meyer Lemon Bar Mix takes half the time, is simpler to prepare, and is ALMOST as good as the home made version. Once I added a little fresh lemon to the mix I almost threw out the other recipe. These are so good. I'm a fan!

These are delicious. Highly recommend substitute of fresh lemon juice for the water. Easier to cut when baked in a glass baking dish. Just as good as made from scratch with much less work. I usually bake in the evening for the next day. Refrigerator overnight and cut the morning. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar to make prettier and a bit of sweetness to offset the tang of the lemon.

Great texture and flavor. Good for an easy make and take dessert. Easy to make.

Great taste

Good value makes a very delicious lemon bar. Would use two boxes next time (One box barely covered the 8X8 pan the instructions say to use, resulting in a thin lemon bar)

Really good lemon bar mix! Add nuts to crust (like chopped pecans) and blueberries (or dried cranberries) to topping for a special treat! Have had problems finding this all too popular mix in brick and mortar stores.

Easy to follow instructions and good tasting lemon bars. Use a square pan for best results

I've bought this through Costco who no longer carry them. They are delicious but very expensive on Amazon. Won't buy again.

BE MINDFUL THIS IS NOT THE SAME SIZED BOX FOUND IN COSTCO. SO YOU ARE PAYING TWICE AS MUCH MONEY FOR JUST ONE PORTION THAT FITS AN 8 X 8 INCH PAN.
