Good quality, tasty, chewy and thick. Good value for money as usually found in delis which is more expensive. Texture is good but use in something like pastotsio

perfect for making Greek Cypriot 'pastichio' recipe
large tube pasta, can't find it in the supermarkets or ethnic shops any more, so I was delighted to find it on Amazon. Delivery was prompt, well packaged, and just what I wanted - perfect for making my Greek Cypriot recipe 'pastichio' (which is a bit like lasagne but using pasta tubes instead of flat sheets)

Strange texture
When cooked it has a slimy texture which did not sit well with the sauce quite strange. And before anyone thinks I’m a dope! I know hire to cook pasta.
