is this used for my mids/highs and tweeters?

Yes it's used for mids and tweeters and should be used with the punch pro mids. I'd recommend a different crossover since (preferably active resistance) since something is causing my mids and highs to short, occasionally, on 4/5 volume from the head unit.

Can this handle 125w RMS per speaker or total (125 for 2 woofers and a tweeter)?

I would call Rockford Fosgate Technical Support, they seem to be very knowledgeable on their products, you can also download the owners manual through Rockford Fosgate website which I found very helpful, I'm pushing about 80 watt Rms through it and haven't had a problem yet

While these crossovers are very nice and are a must-have for the Punch Pro line of midrange/mid-bass drivers and tweeters, it's a downright shame that they can handle only 125 Watts RMS, considering the RMS ratings of the Punch Pro line - not to mention the fact that these crossovers each have two sets of "woofer" (midrange/mid-bass) output terminals.
