It’s not the epicenter but not everyone has $ to drop for the good stuff. But it works for what I need it. I like to hear banda and norteño, cumbia norteña on the other side hip hop no so good but other that it works nice. Easy to install did it myself, it has nice bass for Mexican music it takes a while to figure the control knob.

Still playing with settings, and learning the features but holy crap does this thing add quality to your final output... My current setup (In a 2012 BMW M3 2 Door (e92) OEM Head Unit with Premium Logic DSP Sound. 9 OEM speakers. I believe 2 Coaxial Door speakers, 2 Door Tweeters, 2 underseat shallow mount 8" Subs, 1 center channel in dash woofer. Added: 1. Audio Control LC2i Line Output Converter/Line Driver w/ Optional Dash Remote. (To prevent Factory Bass Rolloff, and prevent loss of sound quality from Going from High to Low Voltage. 2. Hifonics BXIPro Bass Enhancer w/ remote 3. Pioneer 2400w 1 Channel, 1 ohm stable Class D Mono Champion Series Amplifier 4. (1) Alpine Type R DVC (4ohm) 12" Subwoofer (Wired in Parallel (2ohms total impedance) 5. Ported 12" Enclosure (Approx 1.5 cu/ft) 6. 4 AWG Power/Ground Cable, High Quality RCAs 7. 2.0 Farad Capacitor... The Wide/Sweep dials on the Unit I've left at around 12 o clock, Where this product shines is on the remote settings, especially the "subsonic filter" you can turn the filter off if you really want to feel the bass, or give it a slight turn to filter any "in-audible" sounds and really focus the subs movement on slightly higher frequency audible notes... This unit is great for 2 things...1) Cleaning up the bass on systems in which an OEM head unit w/ LOC is used or lower quality (128 or worse kps songs) it will process the sound and fill in all the missing information in the sound waves making it seem like your running straight from HQ pre-amp outputs... 2) Bringing the Bass out of Music that was originally recorded with little or sub par bass lines... For example, after trial and error with the settings I was able to get some early 90's NWA tracks bass-lines to sound like bass lines from 2015 trap music beats...And thats not even an exaggeration. Also looks great, and seems built very well.
