This is a bottle of vitamins; there's not much you can say about it. However, comparing the labels from this One-A-Day bottle and the brand I was taking previously ( Vitafusion Men's 50+ gummies ), there are several additional vitamins listed on the One-A-Day and (usually) a higher dosage of the common ones. The One-A-Days are also less expensive per pill, and the "serving" size is one tablet versus two of the Vitafusion. Now granted, I admit I'd much rather take the Vitafusions (fruit-flavored chewable gummies!), but simple economics says the One-A-Day brand is a way better value in both price and quality. The reason I'm giving this product only four stars is because I feel like I was duped. The bottle says it contains 100 "tablets". Well, those "tablets" are actually capsule-shaped. They're approximately 3/4" L x 3/8" W x 1/4" H (measurements taken with a wooden classroom ruler), so they're a little hard to swallow. I am not happy about that. Otherwise, thumbs up for the One-A-Days.

I've taken these vitamins for years and they are very good . Just take 1 a day.

Senior citizen Husband has been using these for years. He's healthy, so maybe it's this vitamin!!
