It is a light, good looking small knife with nice looking wood handle. It is very sharp so when using it for peeling an apple I'm going to put on my thumb cut off rubber glove piece. Don't like putting on the gloves. Has to be dried after using to preserve wood. Don't use knifes on the glass boards. I have learned this hard way. As nice as they look and stay clean knifes get dull quicky after chopping food on them. This is confirmed on website. I'll use mine for serving appetizers or pastry.
