Good to use
We have been using this product for about a year now. Pros 1. Its nice compact product. 2. Great for daily use (small Quantities). 3. Very Convinient. 4. Super easy to Clean. 5. Chops the most of the veggies nicely. Cons 1. Noisy Motor (I was ok with it, but can be a concern for some) 2. The plastic body of the blade broke after almost 5 months. Had to get the blade replaced. Though the product was in warranty I paid Rs. 450 /- for the blade and Rs. 100 /- for the charges. I got the new blades via bajaj electricals customer care even then replacement took almost a month as the part ( blade) was out of stock. I am just grateful I got it and to be on the safe side got two. Suggestion A good buy if you are looking to save time on basic chopping of small quantities (not in bulk). Also if you are not too particular about the results. I really like using this product it save my time n effort in the kitchen.

Defective piece.
Defective pathetic product. I asked them for exchange and they gave me another broken piece. Seems like modus operandi. Now I have asked for a return n they are not bothered to pick up also not refunding my money. Why amazon is not doing anything it.

Broke after 3 months
We don't use it often but sadly it broke within 3 months after purchase. Fixed myself and made it usable again

Been using it for sometime now Crack started appearing at the bottom of the jar On off button has become a little hard If possible go for one with a steel jar
