Good for regulating a healthy cycle!
OK, so I am officially giving this supplement credit for a consistent period and short periods. My natural cycles app gave me a compliment and said my schedule is very regular!! I am off birth control and have been for several years but started using this supplement after I got off and I have been using it for several years now. I think it has really helped me and it helps with sleep quality too!

Life saver
I cut my dosage in half except when I reach my luteal phase. Works like a charm. If I don’t take this, I have a hormonal migraine take me out every luteal phase. These eliminate all bad symptoms!

this product has been great for me. My hot flashes are not as severe and keeps me more alert. I've been using it for about 4 months now. I did stop it once during that time and noticed that my body worked better while using it.
