I ordered this model kit right around the time the pandemic lockdowns began. I got the kit some weeks later, and began assembling. I noticed some parts were duplicate while others were missing, only after parts of the kit had been built. I contacted the seller, and they agreed to replace the kit for me. The replacement just came in today, and everything is as it should be. Many thanks to the seller for exceptional communication and patience during these times. All the best, - PK
