Will this work in a 2011 Nissan Sentra 6-speed transmission?

I used it on a 2015 Mazda 3 6speed manual transmission. Better Shifts thru gears.

How about the m5od(m5r2) medium duty light pick up truck. any idea how it would work with this trans?

It looks like the original fluid was ATF. The best course of action would be to call Red Line (or visit their site) and see what they recommend, they have several different fluids.

Does it work for a 08 lancer manual transmission?

Not familiar with your transmission but the product is supposed to be for all manual transmissions. I've had very good luck with it.
