First off, I don’t understand these reviews about “it’s difficult to understand how to put it together”?? On the Amazon page, there is literally a video on how to install it? There are a couple different ways you can install it—with the sticker that you stick to it and then it sticks on your car or a vent type installation. I used the vent type. It holds my iPhone 12 Pro perfectly. I do have a popsocket attached to my phone, but mine is placed in a way where it does not interfere with the holder. I can see if the popsocket isn’t placed “just right” the holder may not hold correctly. When going over bumps and unfortunate pot holes, my phone did NOT fall off. For the vent type installation, you can tighten this little knob and maybe that’s why it works for me. For the price, it’s a good buy. I love the look to it. The only negative thing is, because it’s so blinged out, when the sun hits it just right, it can bother my eyes for a spilt second and when driving, even though my phone is secured (it’s not going anywhere), it sorta wiggles (the holder), but nothing crazy. This holder does it’s job for 11$ and it’s pretty, so I think this purchase for me was worth it.

I absolutely love my phone holder. It adds a little bling inside your car. It’s very easy to install and it is also easy to remove. It works wonderfully and holds the phone in any position that you need. The rotation of it is wonderful. It is very heat resistant, I live in Florida and have had no problems with it in the heat.

It’s cute.. but did not receive two mounting options .. the one that’s I wanted is the one missing and theirs no sticker to mount
