Review: This one works! - I have a kitchen cutlery set that is about 44 years old and have not been getting good results sharpening the knives with the steel that came with the set. Have tried another sharpener but with disappointing results. I decided to take a chance on the AnySharp-PRO and I am glad that I did. I knew that my knives weren't sharp and that I should really get around to doing something about that, but I put it off. Eventually I saw a Sorted video about this and said, 'you know for something that simple and cheap lets try it.' Low and behold it's been wonderful! My knifes are SO much easier to use now and it's easy to keep this attached to the counter. I use it once or twice every time I take the knife out. I don't worry about cutting myself like I would with a knife block. It's easy to take off of the counter and rinse any metal off quickly in the sink. The suction power is good as long as it gets that first solid grip, which involves carefully cleaning the counter.
