How are these applied? No instructions came with the box, only some cryptic pics. I'm new to this, thank you.

To apply you use eyelash adhesive ( black or clear) and tweezers to pt them on. Put a thin layer or small dots of glue on the eye lash strip, wait about 30 secs to let glue start to set a bit, then apply on eyelid, not on your own eyelashes. You can reposition them at this point. Tip* Watch a few utubes on how to apply which will help.

Are these lashes Flexible or stiff ?

They are not as flexible as some other lashes I use, but these are the most natural looking lashes I have found. no one can tell they are strip lashes.

How do you clean/remove the old adhesive if you intend to use the lashes multiple times?

I let it build up with several uses first. Then I hold the eyelash by the outside gently pinching and pulling off the glue from the inside. With enough practice you can use one pair MANY times!
