I am writing this review after 7 weeks of using it for cutting vegetables to nonveg items. It is a light weight and an extremely sharp kitchen knife. It does not get blunt easily and after heavy use I was able to shrpen it very easily. Just a word of caution, the tip as well as the point closest to the handle are extremely sharp too and if we are careless, we can get a cut on our fingers easily. It is definitely not a disadvantage. Knives are meant to be handled carefully. Just to be on the safer side, I made the tip of the knife as well as the point closest to the handle blunt. Overall it is one of the best knives I have ever had.

Hi I am really enjoying using this knife it is my favourite medium sized knife. This petty knife is well balanced and sharp. It has a light handle but complements the knife. Very well. Bought more Japanese knife from same company all good buys . I recommend that people try them out. Great budget Japanese knife. Thanks

I thought this would be good knife but it loose sharpness after a week don't know how these products review actually telling it's good

l like the looks of this knife which l bought for peeling and chopping onions and garlic while helping my lady in the kitchen (which l have attempted rarely - but found all there kitchen knives blunt and non useable). L need to get a chance to use it - then maybe l would be able to provide a better feed back. Looks are quite impressive - in fact l bought two knives (the second one from another company - so that l could compare and also have the luxury of using two different ones)
