Stretches perfect
This is really useful and quite strong to hold body weight.. I just gave it a shot and it went well

It’s not useful. Seems like a toy
It’s a very light weight product which makes it difficult to use for exercise and people with foot size more than 6 would find it difficult to even adjust their feet in it. I won’t recommend to buy it as it’s not worth the money.

well made and works well.
I suffer from tight calfs and stiff ankles. This is a great way to stretch and my legs feel a lot better after a short session. Be careful to rock gently. This is a sturdy solid unit and does not feel cheap or flimsy.
