I would like to give this watch a 5.0 but the watchband is so stiff it is difficult to put it in the loop. Otherwise, great watch, both the digital and analog keeps great time. It is easy to read except in the dark. Highly recommend.

Loved the watch and came fast and in good condition. Unfortunately, had to return it as it was a gift for my 13-year-old Grandson, and it was HUGE. Please add to the description what the size is. Even the Stauer website doesn't say how big it is. Actually, considered keeping it for myself as it is so beautiful.

This is my second time with this watch. After 4 years, I damaged my first one, which was a gift from my sister-in-law. I loved this watch and never had a problem. Consequently, I ordered a second one without hesitation. Foolish me! At 83 years old, I am technology challenged but struggle along as best I can as I see myself improving. Different aspects of the watch were acting strangely so I called the company. After talking with a rep for a while, he explained that he lacked the ability to help me correct the problem. He informed me that tomorrow a rep with greater tech skills would call and solve the problem. Needless to say this is weeks later and still no call. Customer service for this product is extremely lacking especially with repeat customers.My recommendation is BUYER BEWARE.
